Terms & Conditions of Service Request (Work Order)
সার্ভিস রিকোয়েস্ট (ওয়ার্ক অর্ডার)-এর শর্তাবলি
By checking the box and submitting this Service Request, the Customer ("You" or "Your") agrees to the following terms and conditions, creating a formal Work Order with BanglaCAT ("Company"):
এই সার্ভিস রিকোয়েস্ট জমা দেওয়ার সময় "উপরের শর্তাবলিতে আমি সম্মত" অপশন নির্বাচন করে সাবমিট করার মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার ("আপনি") এবং BanglaCAT ("কোম্পানি")-এর মধ্যে একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক ওয়ার্ক অর্ডার কার্যকর হবে এবং কাস্টমার নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করবেন।

By selecting the "I agree on above T&C" option, the Customer accepts
full financial liability for all labor hours, travel expenses and
logistics during the execution of this work order.
"উপরের শর্তাবলিতে আমি সম্মত" অপশন নির্বাচন করার মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার এই ওয়ার্ক অর্ডার বাস্তবায়নের সময় সংঘটিত সকল লেবার চার্জ, ভ্রমণ ব্যয় (Travel Expenses) এবং লজিস্টিকস খরচের আর্থিক দায়ভার গ্রহণ করবেন। -
If credit is placed on hold, standard advance payment or Cash on
Delivery (COD) terms will apply.
কাস্টমারের ক্রেডিট সুবিধা স্থগিত (Credit on Hold) থাকলে, প্রচলিত অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট (Advance Payment) অথবা স্পট পেমেন্ট (Cash on Delivery - COD) শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে। -
If inspections lead to additional parts or service, service team
will work under supplementary work order.
পরিদর্শনের (ইন্সপেকশন) সময় অতিরিক্ত পার্টস অথবা সার্ভিস প্রয়োজন হলে, সেই কাজ সম্পূরক ওয়ার্ক অর্ডার (সাপ্লিমেন্টারি ওয়ার্ক অর্ডার)-এর মাধ্যমে সম্পাদন করা হবে।
